Because Vantee is designed for families and may be used by supervised children, we take a child- and family-sensitive privacy approach.

A child email address may be added optionally by the parent/supervisor.
We may also collect:
- challenge content, templates, notes, responses, progress stamps, comments, and uploads;
- messages or prompts sent to or through AI features;

3.3 Information generated through the Service
We may generate:
- progress summaries;
- AI feedback and recommendations;
- challenge performance reports;

4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:

5. Children and Supervised Accounts
5.1 Children under 13
Children under 13 may only use Vantee through a parent/supervisor-managed account.
For children under 13:
- we restrict access to community content areas and require parent/supervisor approval for social features such as friend connections;
- we do not serve third-party advertising;
- we limit access to age-appropriate challenge templates and promotions;
- parents/supervisors may review activity and approve challenge participation.
5.2 Parent/supervisor approval and oversight
Parents/supervisors may:
- create and manage child accounts;
- approve new challenges for children;
- review challenge activity, progress, and AI interactions;
- correct or delete child account information;
- control optional child features.
5.3 Child promotions
Children under 13 may receive internal, age-appropriate challenge recommendations or promotions within the Service. These are intended as product recommendations, not third-party advertising. If a promoted challenge requires supervisor approval, the challenge cannot be launched until approved.
6. AI Features and Safety
We process prompts, challenge content, progress data, and related information to provide AI-generated suggestions, feedback, summaries, and planning tools.
Because AI can make mistakes, AI outputs should be reviewed by users and, where applicable, by parents/supervisors. We may monitor or review AI interactions for safety, quality assurance, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
7. How We Share Information
We may share personal information:
- with service providers that host, process, analyze, support, or secure the Service;
- with payment providers and app-platform operators;
- with parents/supervisors in supervised account contexts;
- with other users as necessary for challenge participation, team features, or invited experiences, based on product settings;
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety, rights, and platform integrity;
- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information of children under 13, and children under 13 do not receive ads through the Service.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, SDKs, analytics, and similar technologies to:
- remember preferences;
- maintain sessions;
- measure usage and performance;
